Shipping Policy:

Orders will ship in about 5-10 business days.

Return Policy:

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase in its original condition for a refund of the full purchase price of the products (sorry, shipping is non refundable) UNLESS THE ITEM HAS BEEN PERSONALIZED (e.g., from the Say What You Like line).  Please notify us prior to returning your order at sales@originalsilver.com and we will issue a return authorization number and the return address. All returns should be shipped with original forms and a return authorization number.  PERSONALIZED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
