Our customer service goal is simple: we are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. Every time. Guaranteed. Still, we do ask that you please keep in mind that each piece is cast at the time of the order and some pieces include cold connection work. That is to state, creating original pieces of jewelry takes time so orders will ship in about 5-10 business days.
Please note because we can’t resell them, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of personalized items (e.g., pieces from the Say What You Like line).
